What a year it has been! As we close another chapter and celebrate the spirit of Christmas, our Year-End Party this year was nothing short of spectacular. From heartfelt prayers to exciting games and special awards, this year’s celebration truly reflected the teamwork and dedication that make our company strong. Let’s take a look at the highlights of this unforgettable day!
The event kicked off with a heartfelt Opening Prayer led by Jomar, setting the tone for a day filled with gratitude, camaraderie, and joy. As the prayer echoed, it reminded us all of the blessings we’ve received and the strength we’ve found in working together.
Our General Assembly was both informative and inspiring. Hosted by Richell and Janine, this session was a moment for us to reflect on the values that drive us—company culture, safety, company rules and regulations, and employee concerns. It was a reminder that, while we are here to celebrate, we must also keep a focus on maintaining a positive and productive working environment. After all the updates, we were all ready to dive into the festivities of the Year-End Party!
When the buffet lunch was finally unveiled, no one could hide their excitement! A delicious spread was prepared for all, and to begin, Kuya Gilbert led a prayer for the meal, offering thanks for the food and the company. It was the perfect opportunity for everyone to mingle, enjoy good food, and bond over shared stories and laughter.
After lunch, we kicked off the fun with a series of exciting games, designed to bring out the playful spirit in everyone.
Bring Me: Race to find items like hats or keychains. First to return with the correct item wins! And, there’s an additional twist. If you dance with our host, you get a bigger prize! Sayaw na iyan!
Guess the Brand: Identify famous brands from their slogans.
Tumpakners: Partners match answers to the same question. If both answers match, they win!
Bato Bato Pick Relay: Teams jump on one foot across a track and face off in an exciting game of Bato Bato Pick. First team to finish wins!
Then of course, what’s a Christmas party without a little excitement? Well, the Christmas Raffle was certainly a highlight! Participants lined up based on their tenure, and the winners were announced with much anticipation. The joy of winning a special gift added an extra dose of holiday cheer to the event.

Before we wrapped up the fun and games, it was time for a Group Photo — an opportunity to capture the beautiful memories we created together. The smiles, the laughter, and the camaraderie were immortalized in a snapshot that will remind us all of the great team we’ve built.
In a moment of recognition, we celebrated those who have shown unwavering commitment and dedication to our company. The Perfect Attendance Award went to **Santos Gamayan** and **Domingo Tapic Jr.** for their outstanding reliability and responsibility.
We also honored our long-serving employees with Loyalty Awards. A special shoutout to our employees who reached significant milestones this year: Maxver Lerasan for his 15 years of service and Ronald Castro for his 10 years of service
Their loyalty and hard work have played a significant role in our company’s success, and we’re incredibly grateful for their dedication. We also celebrated everyone who has been with the company for multiple years and welcomed our new members who joined us this year.
Lastly, we recognized our Christmas Party Committee, without whom this event would not have been possible. 
As the event came to a close, our beloved President delivered the **Closing Remarks**, thanking everyone for their participation and enthusiasm. He reminded us that the year ahead will be filled with even more opportunities to grow, succeed, and celebrate together as one united team.
To close the festivities, we gathered together for a **Closing Prayer**, expressing our gratitude for the year that has passed and the wonderful memories we’ve made.
And just when we thought the celebrations were over, we had a surprise waiting for us! Each attendee was given a **Christmas Basket**, a small token of appreciation for all their hard work.
As we look back on this Year-End Party, it’s clear that it was a time of reflection, gratitude, and fun. From the opening prayer to the closing remarks, every moment was filled with joy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the year.
