How to mount the panther PAT 3000D to the wall?

    Reply
    • Panther Support

Good day! Simply drill two screws (minimum 1/2″ length protrusion) into the wall. It should fit into the emboss found at both ends of the housing, at the back of the unit.

I have a Panther AVR P1000 bought last Jan 2021. I plugged in a 2000W flat iron Phillips brand. It conked out. Can this still be repaired?

    • Panther Support

Good day! It sounds like the AVR experienced an overload because you plugged in an appliance that has a higher rated power consumption (2000 Watts) compared to the capacity of the AVR (1000 Watts). The AVR does have overload protection, so you likely just have a busted fuse. Could you email us the AVR details (e.g. item model, serial number) to wecare.panther@gmail.com ? We can then send you the glass fuse details you would need to replace to get the AVR working again. Thank you!

Good day! Unfortunately, our current service center is only in Meycauayan, Bulacan. If you purchased the Panther unit from Ace, you can bring to SM Fairview Ace, and they will then course your item to us. Kindly note that this may take slightly longer, as SM does not immediately send your item to us.

    Good day!

My Panther PVR-1500 keeps on making clinking sounds and the meter keeps on fluctuating from the normal 220 (greenbar) to 300 (redbar). Though still useable, but sometimes, the TV plugged into is flickers when the AVR does the clinking sound. Bought it few years ago.

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to us! Is this a recent occurrence? Typically, after a few years, an AVR may require calibration, which is free of charge under the Panther Lifetime Service Warranty. To ensure we can assist you better, kindly take a video and send to wecare.panther@gmail.com , so our Customer Service Center can conduct an audio-visual assessment. If you could also provide as much detail on the situation (e.g. when does it occur, what items are plugged in, etc.), that would be helpful. We look forward to hearing from you!

Good day! We understand your concern. For your convenience, we have tied up with Ace, DIY, Handyman etc which will allow you to bring your items to the store you originally bought it from to avail of Lifetime Service Warranty. They would then send it to the Panther Service Center in turn. Kindly note that doing so may increase the turnaround time however, as the stores don’t immediately send your items to us. We hope this helps! For more information, please see link: https://panther.ph/lifetime-service-warranty/

Good day! Yes you may certainly use our Voltage Surge Protectors (Extension Cords) in Japan. This is because they simply supply to your appliance the same voltage that is supplied to them. We hope this helps!

I Have a Panther PVR-1500 keeps on clinking and the meter keeps on fluctuating from the normal voltage. Upon testing the voltage output 100v is only 55v, 110 is only 60v, and 220v is only 180v. With humming sound.

    Reply
    • panther admin

Good day roger! Please try to check also your voltage from the outlet. PVR 1500 needs an input voltage of 150V AC – 250V AC. If its below that range it’s normal to have an output of that. But if it’s in that range you can bring it on our service center for check up. Can you also send us a video on Viber: 09989543316. Hope it helps. Thank you.
