To answer this, we would need to know the maximum capacity of the extension cord. If it is a Panther extension cord which has a maximum power rating of 2500 Watts, this should be perfectly safe. Hi, Is it normal that the switches on PSP-0896 does not turn off physically anymore? After some time each port cannot be physically switched off, it bounce back to power on physically. It has some kind of spring feeling in switch.

Please try to “pukpok” the switch with the handle of a screwdriver while it’s unplugged and try to turn on/off again. i have a problem with my panther psp 0896, the swith button suddenly wont turn off! the switch just bounce back when im trying to turn it off! i bought just bought this last week! what could be the problem

Hello Valerie! There might be a dis-alignment at the metal plate with the spring of the switch. Can you Kindly try tapping the switch that is not turning off using the handle of a screwdriver or any tool with a rubber handle. After that, please try switching it on and off again a few times.
Also, for safety, please make sure to unplug the unit from the power outlet and remove any connected devices before doing this.
