Duties and Responsibility

• Assists with loading and unloading of items
• Delivers products to customers
• Ensures payments and collections received from customers are accurate
• Performs basic truck maintenance

Requirements:

• Graduate of at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, repairing and design of consumer electronics is an advantage
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, and other related software.

Duties and Responsibility

• Performs QA testing/sampling of raw materials and finished products
• Supervises production area, to ensure production output meets set quality standards
• Performs machine maintenance periodically, including internal calibration of select measuring devices
• Prepares product specifications and printing designs using CorelDraw/Autocad
• Programs specifications in the CNC Machine

Duties and Responsibility

Warehouse Management

• Establishes an effective and easy storage system, retrieval warehouse technique & FIFO (First-In-First-Out) coding within the warehouse taking into account production and delivery requirements
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and strictly adhering to the security procedures and protocols
• Maintains the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse to prevent personal injury and product damage

Receiving

• Ensures all transferred items from the production/RTW floor has an equivalent transfer slip
• Keeps track of backload items to ensure all items are accounted for when received and released

Releasing

• Checks and dispatches products for delivery, including mall packing. Ensures that the dispatched products are complete and accurate in accordance to the delivery receipt and/or sales invoice
• Issues, retrieves, and checks delivery log sheets for both mall & daily deliveries
• Issues daily delivery schedules to the Driver and Delivery Helper prior to delivery

Others

• Conducts weekly and annual physical count of inventory
• Ensures collection payment from stores are collected on time

Requirements:

Duties and Responsibility

Customer Acquisition

• Acquires new customer through outreach channels (e.g., Facebook, website), identification of new wholesalers/retailers
• Attends to customer questions and responds to requests for quotation

Customer Management

• Responsible for end-to-end customer support
  • Taking customer orders
  • Encoding sales orders and issuing receipt
  • Coordinating with Warehouse to prepare stocks for delivery
  • After sales service (in case of customer issues/return/repair)
• Provides trainings and product information to customers so they are aware of Panther and its products’ value proposition

Sales Delivery and Collection

• Ensures customer payments are collected in a timely manner
• Conducts monthly briefing with drivers and helpers to ensure they are familiar with the delivery and collection process
• Manages drivers via GPS and call check-ins to ensure delivery and collection schedule are followed

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Fresh graduates, who are willing to learn on-the-job, are welcome to apply
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word; with ability to develop charts and graphs to plot data
• Ability to communicate and work well with others at all levels of the organization (English and Filipino)

Duties and Responsibility

Management processes audit

• Ensures company processes are established, implemented and maintained through regular audit
• Properly briefs all new employees on the company’s Quality Management System
• Conducts weekly 5S audit and annual internal audit and report findings and recommendation to top management

Data encoding

• Works with the different departments to record and maintain the work procedural instructions to be followed by employees
• Collects and encodes data from different departments for analysis
• Prepares and files meeting minutes and reports presented

Document Maintenance

• Prepares, issues and circulates new or revised documents to concerned personnel and retrieves obsolete copies
• Controls and monitors all Company Documents and Records
• Maintains the library (document storage room)
