That’s why, here at Panther, we offer Lifetime Service Warranty on ALL our products, regardless of when you bought it or where you bought it from. While we conduct 100% Quality Assurance on all our products prior to shipment, wear and tear can occur to the item as you use it for a long time. With our Lifetime Service Warranty, you have the assurance that you can have your items repaired by us ANY TIME and the service cost to diagnose and repair the product will be free of charge*.

 

How can you avail of the Panther Lifetime Service Warranty?

To ensure maximum convenience for our customers, we offer three options:

OPTION 1:

Bring the Panther item to the store where you first bought it (e.g., Ace, DIY, Handyman)

OPTION 2:

Bring the Panther item directly to our dedicated Panther Service Center.

How long will it take to repair my item?

 

I lost my receipt. Can I still avail of the Panther Lifetime Service Warranty at the Panther Service Center?

Yes! We know it’s easy to lose receipts, especially if you’ve owned a particular Panther item for many years. Instead, our only requirement is this: the Panther warranty sticker must NOT be tampered with.

Please note: Once the Panther warranty sticker has been tampered with, the warranty becomes VOID. We highly discourage customers from opening up the unit on their own as this may cause more harm than good. Instead, send it to us so our qualified technicians can take a look.

*Replacement parts will be shouldered by the client (at cost)

    Hi, we purchased the Panther Voltage Surge Protector with line filter. Code:PSP-0896. The product looks good but every time we use this to our appliances like washing machine and electric griller the cord actually spark and create smoke. It is indicated that item is good for 10Amp 250v – 60Hz. However, the male socket included on the package only good for 15A-125V. Can you check it for me please? I think purchasing something that wr are not able to use is a completely waste of money. I wish I can send you an image so you can see what happened. Hoping that you will see my message. Thank you.

      Good day, thank you for your message, and we are sorry to hear of the issue you’re facing.
      Note that all our sockets are rated and certified at 15A – 125V AND 10A – 250V.
      You mentioned that you were plugging in both washing machine and electric griller at the same time. Is it possible to provide us the specifications of the two equipment?
      Since both are motor-type machines, you need to place a x3 buffer to its average power capacity, because there’s additional power consumption during motor startup. Because of these, the two equipment plugged in and used at the same time could be exceeding the 2500 Watts capacity of the extension cord.

      For example:
      – Washing machine average capacity: 500 Watts -> with startup power motor consumption = 1500 Watts
      – Electric Griller: 500 Watts -> with startup power motor consumption = 1500 Watts
      TOTAL = 3000 Watts -> exceeds the maximum capacity of extension cord, which is 2500 Watts only

    Hi I own a ” Voltage Surge Protector with Line Filter PSP-0495, 1.75meters”. A light on one switch is no longer lit when it is turned on. While the others still have. Is this an indication its no longer protecting one socket? I just bought it 2 months ago. Hopefully I get a quick answer because I like the product.

      Based on your description, it sounds like only the light indicator of the switch is busted. All the outlets, voltage surge protection, overload protection should still function as is.     I brought psp 0211. I just want to know if i can remove the small round black plug so it could accommodate my plug with ground. I tried to see it for myself and i find it difficult to remove that it feels like that its not meant to be removed. I just want to check if its ok.

      Good day! Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the round black hole plug is meant to be removed in order to accommodate your plug with ground. It’s just a bit tight so it won’t come off on its own. We hope this answers your question.

    ask ko lang po paano maka avail nang lifetime warranty pag sa lazada o sa shopee binili ang panther niyo? wala kasi kami receipt at di din naman minsan may physical store ang mga sellers dun

      Good day! All Panther products come with Lifetime Service Warranty, regardless of where you purchased it from, provided it has not been tampered with. However, we do recommend that you coordinate with the Lazada/Shopee seller directly in case of product damage caused by courier mishandling. Most of these sellers would have protocols in place to deal with that.

    Yong problema sa akin..ang aking binili na AVR PVE-1500 (with line filter inside) yong meter guage ba yon ang tawag ay palaging gumagalaw hindi po unstable yong pointers nya.at very noise parang may nagdikdik sa ilalim..normal ba yon?matagal na po ito narinig ko akala ko mawala ito kapag uminit.

      Good day! Kindly see below our assessment:
      1) Voltmeter pointer is not stable: If your area is experiencing constant voltage fluctuation, then it is normal for the voltmeter to not be stable.
      2) Very noisy AVR: Is the noise you’re hearing a ticking sound? This is indicative of the AVR working to regulate the voltage fluctuations in your area. Again, if your area experiences constant voltage fluctuation then this is normal.

      However, if your area’s voltage is relatively stable (you can check this using a voltmeter, or if your other AVRs are not performing similarly – meaning stable naman ang ibang AVRs ninyo), then kindly provide us your PVE 1500 unit for recalibration. Kindly note that your Panther unit is under Lifetime Service Warranty.

    My Panther AVR model PVR 1000 is making tinking sound and one of the relays everytime it makes the tinking sound has some spark or light inside the relay. What is the problem?

    I purchased a dc ac 500 watt power inverter. Everything seems fine, fan is working light is green. However, when i plug electrical appliances nothing is working. I purchased this Nov 2020 and it was working fine until today.

    Good day, i just want to ask if it’s safe to use my psp 1102. The extension seems to have fallen from the table and the led light is not lighting anymore, but the extension is still working.

As long as the extension cord seems to be functioning normally (despite the LED light not working – which does not affect the actual function of the extension cord), it should still be safe to use. Having said that, if you’d prefer to err on the safe side, feel free to bring in for a diagnostic and we can check it free of charge as part of the Panther Lifetime Service Warranty.

    Hi! We bought an AVR PVE-501 for our TV last February. As of this June, I noticed that the Output Voltage display would start flickering after a minute, displaying only ‘888’. What could be the problem?

      Good day, Daniel! If the transformer capacity is not sufficient for the power rating of your equipment, the transformer will heat up and ‘burn’. Kung nasunog po ang transformer, ibig sabihin lamang ay mababa po ang capacity nito para sa power rating ng isinaksak niyo po na equipment. All Panther products come with Lifetime SERVICE Warranty. Check up and service is free of charge. Only parts to be replaced will be charged. EXCEPT for BURNED transformers due to overload. So please make sure that you are ordering the correct transformer capacity to prevent overload. Thank you!
