    Good day! I have a PBC-24A and it is only charging the 24V battery. The 12V option has around 15Vdc during no load conditions, but once i clamp the 12V battery, the output voltage drops to 4Vdc. Where is the authorized repair center so I can bring the unit for repair?

    Can I use the Panther battery charger to charge LiFePO4 batteries? I have PBC 6A and 24A? Please advise. Thanks

      Good day! It’s possible but it’s not recommended because it can run the risk of damaging the battery and battery life since it’s a different type of battery compared to lead acid. Usually in LiFePO4 battery, it is constantly charging and it also has no float compared to lead acid battery with float, so LiFePO4 is more prone to overcharging. We hope this helps! Thank you!

      Good day Sly! Yes. When you notice that the ammeter points back to 0, or when the approximate charging time has been reached and the pointer has stopped moving for quite some time, then the battery is said to be fully charged. We hope it helps. 🙂
