How about replacement bulbs? Are these available and how much?

    • Panther Support

Good day! It would depend on the issue based on our diagnosis. As this is a sensor bulb, typically both the bulb and PCB may need to be replaced. Could you message us directly at pantherproduct@gmail.com with the specific issue faced so we can provide an assessment? Thank you!

hi, what kind of UV light does it transmit? UVA or all UVA, UVB, and UVC?

also, is its UV light safe to put on the floor where humans and pets might be exposed to it or it should be placed on a high place (hanging on a ceiling, high wall, etc?)

    • Panther Support

Good day! The PMT 0413 transmits UVA light (wavelength: 380-390nm). This UV light is too weak to hurt humans and pets so it should be fine to place it on the floor. We hope this helps!

Is this weatherproof or an indoor unit only?

    • Panther Support

Good day! This is an indoor unit only. 🙂 Kindly let us know if you have any further questions.
