Panther Transformers adjust the voltage supply to make it compatible with the voltage requirement of the appliance. In the Philippines, the normal working voltage of outlets is 220V AC. Hence, if you are using appliances that require a 110V AC voltage, you would need a Panther Step-Down transformer to convert the voltage from 220V AC to 110V AC in order to use the device
Materials Used
- 99.9% Copper Wire
- Silicon Laminated EI Core
- Fire Retardant Outlet and Standard Size Cord
- Metal Casing: Powder-coated

Hello!
PT 4000W-110V: Panther Step Down Transformer 4000W, Output 110V
Where does the circuit breaker for device protect?
Input side or output side?
Does the breaker trip when 20A flows to the primary side, or does the breaker trip when 20A flows to the secondary side?
Best regarde.
Panther Support –
Good day! The circuit breaker is on the input side so that it protects the transformer AND the appliance connected to the transformer. We hope this helps!

Greetings!
I have a blender I bought while in the US. I was wondering what step down transformer is needed to operate it? Here’s the power specs:
HP : 2.2-peak
Electrical Ratings : 120 V, 50-60 Hz, 12 Amps
Thanks for your help on this.
panther admin –
Good day! Given the specification of 2.2HP Peak Consumption, we would recommend the PT 2000 transformer for your blender. However, we also recommend double checking with the blender manufacturer to be 100% sure. We hope this helps! Thank you!
