    Hi! bumili po ako nito. ok naman gumagana pero bakit di po kinakaya yung ref namin. 245watts po. diba kaya dapat yan ng 500watts

    Hello, just want to ask, pumutok po yung fuse ng AVR ko may maingat sa loob, then i replaced the fuse with a new one, as soon as I turn on ko avr parang may maingay nanaman sa loob the pag check ko ng fuse pumutok ulit.

      Good day! What appliance are you plugging into the AVR? Kindly check and make sure it is within the maximum capacity of the AVR (500 Watts).
      Note: If your appliance is a motorized equipment, you need to multiply by 3 to get the max power consumption.
      For example – your refrigerator’s specifications is 0.8A, 230V. This means it consumes 0.8A x 230V = 184 Watts (Ave. Power) x 3 (buffer for startup power motor) = 552 Watts (Max. Power).
      If that’s the case, puputok po talaga ang fuse, because at startup, the refrigerator is using 552 Watts, which is above the AVR’s capacity.     Hello. I’m thinking about getting an AVR for my computer, but I’m not sure what kind of AVR to get,can you recommend something?  

    These are the specifications:

    input of voltage ( 160 – 264Vac ) , (Single channel +12V output)

    Goodeve. I just bought my PVE-501 (500 Watts AVR).

    I just used it for my 130W refrigerator right after I got home, then I noticed the display output voltage dropped from 225V to 207V then came back to 225V after 10-15secs.

    I transferred the AVR to another outlet just to check, then it happened again, 225V dropped to 207V.

    Can you help me with this?

      Good day! Thank you for reaching out to us! What you’re experiencing is normal. It means the voltage in your area is likely in the 205v-207v range. This triggers the PVE to regulate the voltage and bring it up to the 220v – 230v level, in order to protect your appliance from voltage fluctuation damage. We hope this answers your question!

    Hi. Can I use this on my Tube Guitar Amplifier 150 to 300 watts power consumption? Tube Guitar Amplifier sounds bad on low voltage sources. Will this device solve my problem? Thank you.

      Good day! When you say it’s 150-300W power consumption, does that mean max power consumption is 300W? If yes, then the PVE 501 should suffice, and could help with the amplifier sound.     Will it still protect against a power outage?

      Good day! Kindly check and make sure that the PS5 and monitor power consumption does not exceed the 500 watts max power of the PVE 500. Note that the PVE 500 does NOT include a power-on-delay, instead it is the PVE 501 D that includes a power-on-delay. However, as a PS5 and monitor remains shut and does not reopen on its own after a power outage, you don’t really require a power-on-delay for them. We hope this helps!

    Hi, bumili po ako nito brand new PVE-501. Ang naka-display po sa LED screen nya is 213 Voltage Output, upon testing po sa main outlet is 237 volts pero pag test po sa output na galing sa AVR same po na 237 volts. In accurate po ba ung nasa LED screen or may iba pa computations kaya same output ng main outlet and AVR outlets? Salamat po!

      Good day! Thanks for reaching out! What you see is the AVR regulating the voltage, and this is exactly how it was designed. As 237 volts is considered high, the AVR automatically brings it down to a more acceptable output voltage range in order to protect your appliances. We hope this helps!

    hi sir, bakit yung 500w na panther na relay type. the same yung voltage sa input and output. bakit anong voltage ang magttrigger ng regulator? Unlike sa servo motor, yung output is 220V lagi. Please enlighten me po.

      Good day! Kindly note ang response time ng Panther relay type AVR ay within 1 second against +/-7% input voltage deviation. Ibig sabihin nito ay within the allowable +/- 7% input voltage deviation ay hindi pa siya magreregulate. Kasama sa nabili ninyong relay type AVR ay isang brochure kung saan makikita sa chart ang expected output voltage na ibibigay ng AVR based sa input voltage. In comparison, ang Panther servo motor type response time ay within 1 second against +/-1% input voltage deviation, kaya’t po halos lagi ay 220V ang output niya.

    Sorry admin, we lost the brochure. Thank you very much for educating us. Clarify po, if correct yung understanding ko. If triggers would be in +/-7%, does it mean there will be voltage regulation on 188V, 204V, 236V? Tama ba na ang PVE 500 is 2 down and 1 up? will add voltage in 188V and 204V then subtract from 236V? If yes, how many volts will it add and subtract on the trigger points? Thanks in advance admin. More power to panther.

      Good day! Yes, that’s correct! We currently utilize 20 down, 15 up in our calibration. Trigger points are at 205V (goes up to 220V) and 233V (goes down to 213V) – we use 220V as the base when calculating the +-7% currently. Kindly note that our calibration may be updated however, depending on the electrical situation of the Philippines and our engineer findings.

    Thank you admin for this clarification. My PVE 500 is currently triggering in 237V. In the morniing around 4:00am in our area while working in my computer with a PVE 500 installed. It triggers a relay in 237V and makes it 217V. Is 237V hurting my computer? is this a little bit high? if yes, is it possible to adjust down the trigger in 233V. How much voltage can a household appliance endure before breaking down?

    Hi! I bought a PVE 2001D AvR with delay for my refrigerator. The screen of the AVR shows 239Output volt. Is normal? Shouldnt the AVR be bringing it down to 220V? Thanks!

    Gud eve asking lang po if normal lang ba sa avr na 237v pinakamataas na output nia? 500w po avr ko.

      Good day jeorge! It’s normal and within range po. For our relay type AVRs, the output voltage is 220V +/- 7% depending on the actual input voltage supply from your wall outlet. The response time is within 1 second against 7% input deviation. Depende pa din po ito sa voltage galing sa main outlet nila. Hope it helps.

    Good day po, may question lang po ako regarding PVE-501. Almost 2weeks ko na po siya gamit sa computer set ko. Pero this week lang, nag popower off ang CPU ko pero naka on pa rin ang AVR (or baka di ko po lang napapansin na nag ooff din ang AVR then mag oon din since hindi naman napindot yung power switch). What would be the possible cause po kaya ng biglang pag off? Sa office ko po ito gamit and yung sakin lang po ang namamatay bigla. Thank you po. Much appreciated your response po. 🙂
