Is it safe to plug my 1000va ups to an 16awg extension cord with a load of 500w
panther admin –
Good day! Do you mean there is a 500w CPU plugged into your 1000 VA UPS, which you would then plug into an extension cord? To answer this, we would need to know the maximum capacity of the extension cord. If it is a Panther extension cord which has a maximum power rating of 2500 Watts, this should be perfectly safe. We hope this helps!

Hi, Is it normal that the switches on PSP-0896 does not turn off physically anymore? After some time each port cannot be physically switched off, it bounce back to power on physically. It has some kind of spring feeling in switch.
panther admin –
Good day Dave! Based on your concern, there could be a problem with the switch. There might be a dis-alignment at the metal plate with the spring of the switch. Please try to “pukpok” the switch with the handle of a screwdriver while it’s unplugged and try to turn on/off again. If it didn’t work, please message our Customer Care to assist you with your concern. Viber/Call: 09989543316. Hope it helps.
