Good day,
I have purchased one of these units to use on a computer. However, whenever I touch the casing of my computer while plugged in this AVR, I can consistently get shocked.
I suspect it may be due to the lack of a third prong on the unit. When I use a regular surge protector with a third prong and touch the computer casing, it doesn’t shock me.

Can you provide a transformer for the pvr 500 avr? I bought one last year but now the electronic repair shop ive gone they said my avr is defective transformer and they have no idea where to find one
