My 24 Hour Mechanical Timer is not supplying power to my device even when I plug it into the outlet
If your 24 hour mechanical timer is not supplying power to your plugged-in device, there could be four possible issues:
- Reason 1: The pin is up. When the black pins are NOT pressed down, NO POWER will be supplied to the plugged-in appliance during that time period.
- Reason 2: The current time set might be inaccurate. Please rotate the wheel clockwise so that the arrow is pointing to the current time (military time).
- Reason 3: Improper Connection. Ensure your Mechanical Timer is securely plugged into an outlet.
- Reason 4: Inactive Outlet. Verify that the outlet you’re using is active and provides sufficient power to operate the digital timer.

- Ensure that you have set the timer gaps correctly. Each segment represents a 15-minute interval. Double-check that the black pin is pressed down correctly (and fully) for the timer to function properly. Remember, pressed down black pin means power will be supplied to the plugged-in device during this time period.
