Beyond Goals, Beyond Success – We Celebrate as One
Last December 17, 2025, the Panther family gathered at the Panther FGWH to celebrate another meaningful year through our Year-End Party 2025, guided by our theme and tagline:
“Beyond Goals, Beyond Success – We Celebrate as One.”
Dressed in our Red & Green Christmas holiday attire, employees came together for an afternoon filled with gratitude, laughter, recognition, and genuine camaraderie—reflecting not only our achievements, but also the unity that brought us there.
🙏 Opening the Program
The program officially started at 12:00 NN with a short opening prayer led by Kuya Gilbert, setting a grateful and positive tone for the day.
This was followed by a Welcome Message and Brief Opening from GLS, along with a General Assembly led by HR, where words of appreciation, company updates, and holiday greetings were shared. The message reminded everyone that our success goes beyond numbers and goals and is built through teamwork and shared commitment.
🍽️ Lunch & Fellowship
At 1:00 PM, employees enjoyed a buffet lunch, coordinated by the Food Committee. Everyone dined comfortably, reconnected with colleagues, and bonds were strengthened across departments.
🎉 Icebreakers & Games
The highlight of the afternoon was a series of fun and interactive games facilitated by our hosts and game facilitators. These activities encouraged teamwork, laughter, and friendly competition—perfectly capturing the essence of celebrating beyond success, together.

Oldest Table Challenge
Each table combined the ages of all its members, and the table with the highest total age emerged as the winner.

Bring Me Jerusalem
A fast-paced and exciting game where participants raced to bring specific items to secure a seat.

🎁 Prizes included a big solicited prize and a cash prize.
Telepathy Game
Two teams competed by acting out activities simultaneously—without speaking—to test teamwork and intuition.

Name That Voice or Tune
Participants guessed familiar voices and iconic sounds played by the DJ.

Videoke Challenge
Contestants guessed song titles and confidently sang the next lines on stage.

Prizes were awarded after each game, and winners proudly posed for photos to capture the fun moments.
🎁 Raffle Draw
After the games, the much-awaited Christmas Raffle Draw took place. The raffle was conducted from the longest-tenured employees to the newest, highlighting fairness and appreciation for every member of the Panther family.

Closing & Giving Back
The celebration concluded with Closing Remarks from Ma’am Goldie. Employees then received their Christmas baskets and Panther giveaways, which were prepared and distributed by the committee.
