Goodeve I just bought a Panter 3000 at Handyman last May 13, 2020..today May 20, 2020 the unit is not working, when I turn the knob to any hour from 1-8, there is no power going out from the aircon outlet,and both the lights from the aircon and fan are lighting,the aircon light is green while the fan is yellow. And the power even thou the knob is turned only comes out from the fan outlet.

1) Conduct troubleshooting: Please make sure you are turning the knob counterclockwise, then double check the power situation from each outlet (aircon, fan) again
2) Have unit exchanged or serviced
– Call Handyman to understand their exchange policy and have the item exchanged; or

Hi, I just want to clarify, when you say counterclockwise, ibig sabihin looking at the Panther timer yung knob will go from 0 to B to 8. Hindi from 0 to 1 to 2… tama po ba?

just wanna ask po if i can use the aircon and fan together??..meaning po kung pwede ko po sabay paganahin ang aircon at electric fan na naka-plug sa aircon to fan timer??..

Good day! Hindi po pwede. If both the aircon and the fan are plugged into the aircon-to-fan timer, isa lang sa kanila ang “naka-on” at a time.

2 po ang timer ko parehas pong may problema yung isa sira na yung kinakabitan ng knob kaya ang pliers ang gamit kong pang pihit at yung isa din gumagana ag naka set ng 2hrs. Pero hindi na sya huminto. Ano po dapat kong gawin salamat po

Paki-check din po kung meron power supply sa outlet na sinaksakan ninyo ng Aircon-to-Fan Timer. Pwede niyo po isaksak kungyari ang fan sa power outlet at tignan kung gumagana ito kapag nakasaksak doon.

Good day! By ticking noise – are you referring to the “click” that it makes as you turn it past certain numbers? This is simply so you know that the knob is being “locked into” a certain slot. We hope this helps answer your question!
