I bought a panther 4 gang extension cord (PSP 1102) years ago. The socket that was on the said device, has 2 prong instead of 3 prong even though I can use 3 prong cables from my computer.
I think this is an old model. I just want to know, since the socket is only 2 prong instead of 3 prong, does it mean that ground wire is connected to the metal case itself?

Good day i bought a Panther Gang 4 extension i noticed that the power switch is no longer lights up and it no long switches off properly you need to push it downwards and hold it to prevent on turning on. Can that be fixed? it said lifetime warranty.. can it be fixed even though the extension is already 2 years old. Magagawa pa kaya yon?

Good day Divine! Please make sure the adapter plug is compatible with your aircon’s 3-prong plug. Do note that using an adapter plug could take out the grounding protection the 3-prong plug provides. Kindly take note po that ACs and Refs are high-powered equipment, kindly make sure the PSP’s max capacity is sufficient (max 2500 watts), taking into account the start-up power motor consumption.
